In addition, I partner with companies on a fractional basis to enhance existing processes in sales, recruiting, training & development, coaching, mentoring, and business consulting.  With over 25 years of experience across banking, finance, mortgage, and real estate, I've worked closely with CEOs to optimize products and policies for potential acquisitions. 

My background includes hosting numerous events such as charity golf tournaments, party bus tours, car shows, and CE classes with builders showcasing their spec homes, as well as community outreach initiatives like guest speaking with law enforcement on senior citizen safety and identity theft prevention, media appearances on 7News, radio marketing, and training programs for branch managers nationwide.  I'm passionate about empowering individuals and teams to succeed through practical education and strategic coaching.
